When project conditions cannot be fully assessed in advance, work is scheduled using service blocks. These are baseline labor rates used for scheduling and uncertain scope—not a conversion rate for project pricing or a full project estimate. Final cost may vary depending on:

- Site access and working conditions
- Hidden damage or structural considerations
- Prep work and protection of surrounding areas
- Condition of existing surfaces and required repairs
- Multi-step or multi-phase project requirements
- Coordination between multiple types of work
- Overhead, confined, or physically constrained working conditions
- Structural or load-bearing requirements
If the project remains within the planned scope, the price does not change—even if it takes longer than expected. If unforeseen conditions or added complexity arise, options and pricing are discussed and approved before any additional work is performed.
